Passing @ Receiving (12-15 mins)
8 players, 6 cones 2 balls in play, 8 balls around the grid
4 cones in diamond shape 15 yds apart and 2 central cones 12 yds from top/bottom of diamond
Overload players at top and bottom of diamond...all other cones have 1 player
Simple pass and follow own pass
Progression 1: Pass, follow own pass, receive and play 1-2 combination around the cone with players on the sides of diamond

Unlimited balls beside the net
2 small nets 8 yds from the 18 yd box on edge of the 18 at an angle
Receiving Players 25 yds from goal
Passing players beside the goal
Player behind goal passes to player outside box and defends a 1v1 . Player receiving the ball attacks a 1v1 and tries to score. If defender wins the ball, the defender plays a 1-2 with the next receiving player in order to score in either of the 2 small nets.
Players switch roles after 6-7 mins.
