Players play a 3v3 in a small sided field. To score a point, team must build the play and dribble the ball in the end zone. Team without the ball must stay compact, with all the players behind the midfield line. If any of the out of possession players don't come back and the opposite team scores, it will be +3 points instead of +1.
Coaching points: stay compact without the ball; what shape are we keeping with 3 players?; when team lose the ball, closest player pressure and the other ones make a recover run.

Gk+4 vs Gk+4 : now, we add two side lanes.
We had worked about being vertical compact, and now we will work on being horizontally compact: team without the possession of the ball must stay compact and only occupy the two lanes closest to the ball (ball in lane 1, stay lanes 1 and 2; ball lane 2 stay in lane 2; ball lane 3 stay in lane 2 and 3). If the team isn't compact and the opposite team scores, its a +3 points(it can become a +5 if one of the players stay before the midfield line, not being vertically compact).
