Technical.
Pass and move so the ball will start at the the "GK", he then will play out and then the team will pass and move around the half looking to find space and be realistic to a game.

20 minutes
The skill then will be a transitional game where the opposition will mark players from the Gk and the object is to beat the press and pass the ball through the gate at the top of the pitch.

Matches to finish where there will be bonus points for teams who make 10 passes or more. players will focus on the technique of the pass and move to create space for other players to run into.

Will start off as passing and then following your pass in an area,
this will focus on repetition of players technique while passing the ball.
After 7.5 minutes one player will come into the middle and make it a rondo where someone will apply pressure to the players receiving the ball.
