Goalkeeping session focused on both transition moments - recovering to goal and exiting to end the opposition's attack. From the physical standpoint, goalkeepers will be covering larger distances and hitting maximum speeds over 30yards. Tactically, goalkeepers will be presented with decisions on whether to exit v recover, and recover diagonally,

Coach can also take a long touch a look to finish on goal.
