3 Stages: 5 mins/ 90 second rest
Stage 1: 1 to 2 back to 1. First touch should lock (passive) defender in then beat and shoot before 18. Shooter takes defender spot. Defender collects ball and goes to clockwise line.
Stage 2: 1 to 2 back to 1, (2 open hip turns) 1 first passes back to 2. 1 takes 2 spot, 2 gets the ball and goes to clockwise line.
Stage 3: 1 to 2 to 3 to either 1 or 2. 1 makes a run through, 2 open hip turns the opposite way.

#1 Takes touch and shoots before penalty area. Then quickly turns to play 1-2 with #2 (who then shoots 1st time before penalty area, #1 then quickly makes run around the coach to serve ball in to box. #2 and #3 make runs into the box to finish the cross. Rotation of 1 to 2 to 3.
7 minutes each side/ 2 min rest.

DOuble Penalty area. Thought is to shoot at every opportunity given. Runs into space.
Play first to 10 OR By time.
TIME IS: 8 min, 2 min rest x 2 rounds.

Full width x Half Length. Play 8v8 or 6v6/7v7 (if 6s or 7s bring outside lines in 5 yards and move goal to top of center circle.
