Organization:
1v1 with a receiver at each end, as above.
Instructions:
Middle player receives from teammate and attempts to play ball to opposite receiver. Blue then receives from his feeder and attempts to work ball to opposite end.
Coaching Points:
- Movement to create space and loose opponent.
- Check shoulder for pressure.
- Check at an angle if possible and receive ball facing forward on back foot.
- Communication (Hands and voice).
- Decision; Open up of shiled if under pressure.
- Combinations with feeder if under pressure.
Progressions:
- 2v2.

Organization:
40x20 devided to 4 lanes.
Two teams of 6.
Instructions:
Players can only play within their lane and score a point for every pass they play through the opposition.
Coaching Points:
Head Up- Observe Target, Body shape, disguise pass, Weght/Accuracy of Pass, Ball Contact-Middle, Communication.
Progressions:
Every time a player passes the ball through they can go in and play from the oppossitions lane.
When team loses the ball player goes back to his own lane.

Instructions:
Players work both balls around diamond continuously.
Coaching Points:
- Timing of movement to check to ball,
- Connect with teammate, eyes, hands, voice,
- Quality of pass (weight, accuracy),
- Open up on 1st touch (back foot),
- Quality of first touch to set up next action,
- Awareness of field at all times.
Progressions:
- Change directions and work both feet.
- Competition between groups.
