This activity is designed to foster design making when playing at high intensity. The teams will be challenged to recognise counter attacking opportunities in transition and to find space to keep possession when there is no immediate opportunity to penetrate (to rest with the ball)

Objective Pressing to penetrate in Transition / Keeping Possession when quick penetration is not available in transition
Conditions
Team ONE gets a goal by making 10 passes anywhere on the field
Team TWO makes a goal by attacking the goal in the opposite half from where they regain possession.
There are no limits as to touches
Each round is 90 seconds with 90 seconds rest in between with the teams alternating the conditions.
Coaching Points
1.Look to penetrate as soon as you regain possession
2. If the situation does not allow a quick counter attack keep possession by moving the ball quickly to less busy streets to find an avenue to penetrate
3. Teammates always look where you can provide support
