7v7 to a 3v2 breakout to goal (20 mins)
Organization:
6v6 across the field to small target goals (35x50). 3v2 in penalty area
Instructions:
After a goal is scored in the small sided game the team can attack the full goal in a 3v2 using a ball at either side of the field. If the ball is cleared back into the 7v7 game that game continues live across the field and players need to recovery quickly

Instructions:
3v3+2 Defense to attacking transition.Coach will start by passing to one of the teams the game is then live very little restriction other than players can not score or enter the end zones in front of the goals. If the ball goes out or a goal is scored the defending team immediately leave the field. The next 3 attacking players enter from behind the goal.
