Activity:
-GK catches a volley between the mannequins rolls back to server 1 and drops off to play into mini-goal. GK then saves half-volley from server 2.
Progression 1:
-GK drops back to the goal and receives pass off of server 1 and passes to server 2
-GK then saves from server 2 and finishes with a strike from server 1.
Progression 2:
-Server 1 sets GK who plays first time to server 2 who the strikes into GK's hands to finish
-Repeat the other side

Activity:
-GK drops back and recieves a pass off of server 1 who presses GK
-GK plays out to server 2 and runs across to server 3 for a strike from the floor
-Repeat the other way

Activity:
Balls start by the side of goal. The goalkeeper in the goal runs to collect a ball and places it down in six yard area like a goal kick. He then clips a ball out to the other goalkeeper who is acting as a fullback. The fullback then clips back into me, where I can take a shot (any service). However if ball from goalkeeper to fullback isn't good I will shoot to score straight away- Represents a game if ball is given away other team will get a chance. 6 reps each side.
Progression- Once the ball is played out to FB, they can then dribble down the line and cross the ball in, I then make a run intot he box to challenge. If Gk catches ball they can then counter attack by distributiing into goal on the halfway line.
Coaching points:
-For the clip, Keeper should be upright to allow full power from hip, foot placement in correct position, eyes on ball and nice follow thorugh.
-If kick is succesful- positive starting position- ready for any through balls.
-When ball is played to me, where does goalkeeper's position go- If I have good touch be 3 yards off line. If I have heavy touch can you come and win?
-If kick is poor have a positive reaction and be ready for shot.

-Decision making to come for cross or defend goal
-Quality of distribution from hands when cross is caught

Volley from me, once caught goalkeeper drives past six yard box and rolls or half volley passes into mini goal. 3-4 each side. Every goal the goalkeeper misses is 5 press ups.
After scoring GK does mobility exercises on the way back to goal.
Coaching points:
Secure ball, then drive past six yard box and athletic roll into goal- Goalkeeper sets the tempo from the back!!.
