Set up:
Set up a playing area as shown 35*25 with two end zones, the furthest one larger than the nearest one which is the zone between the two red lines , channel width as mentioned depending on the ability of players and a ball each.
Organisation
A ball each, players have to run with their starting position to the end of the blue end zone and stop the ball inside, in the beginning, players are allowed to run with the ball freely in any channel, on their way back they have to use the week-foot.

Set up
Keeping the same as the initial drill and add a line with pitch marker or cones as shown, to split the area in two with one def in the first square and 2 in the second
Organisation:
Adding an opposition this time in each square, players will have to dribble or avoid defenders in each square and stop the ball in the end zone, play gain by starting dribbling 2 def and then 1 def, if Def wins the ball they pass it to the coach who git it back to the player and start again. playing area is between the two red cones lines.

Set up:
30*30 area with goals as shown, one mini goal in one end and 3 small small gates/goals in the opposite end, spread gates around the pitch , can be a normal gate or two gates in one as shown.
Organisation:
On team scoring in 3 goals and one team in the mini goal, switch team after 7 min.
