Organisation

  • Server tosses ball over airbodies for GK to claim at the highest possible point. 
  • GK moves and claims towards back post airbody, back to starting position, then repeats near side.
  • 2x ea side, then bowl out to S1, who touches inside from around pole and shoots on goal
