Organization: Wings are marked out in zones. Line of right wingers, line of strikers, line of left wingers and a goalie.
Instructions: Simple; Stiker plays it in to a winger, and the winger (free in his lane to dribble) dribbles to the end of the cones where he will play in a cross for the striker to finish. Striker has to shoot from the blue cone by the penalty area. After the players make sure to switch lines and walk around the field.
Coaching Points/Questions: Are we playing the cross early enough so the shooter has space to shoot without being preasured by the goalie? Are we trying to dribble up our lanes fast like in a game? Are we putting power and assertiveness into our crosses and shots?
Regressions/Progressions: Can add defenders in the zone of the wingers and a defender in the zone of the striker. Can set time limits on when I want the ball to be in the net.

Organization: Two lines, one on left side and one on right side.
Instructions: Players on left play it in, get it back and shoot on goal with left foot then get their ball and go to the back of the right footed line. Same for other line but shooting right footed.
Coaching Points/Questions: Get the feel of a real goal and to shoot with more power then pug nets. What two types of shooting is acceptable for this drill?

Organization: Players in a circle with one monkey in the middle.
Instructions: Players on the outside have a max. of two touches, first pass is free.
Coaching Points/Questions: Are all my players on their toes? Do all my players look like they want/ are ready to recieve the ball? Are my players staying true to two touches? How quickly and how many passes can we get before the monkey stops us?
Regressions/Progressions: Create passing paterns; two passes short and third one has to be a longer one
-add another monkey
-make it one touch
-give players an extra point everytime they split the two monkeys
