2 Vs 2 (15 mins)
2 V 2.
Red 1 playes to Blue 3, R1 overlaps B3, B3 then passes to B4, B4 then attacks and B3 overlaps B4, to take up a wide positon attacking the goals at the far end.
As soon as B3 passes to B 4 , R2 enters the game to create a 2 v2 situation.
Goals are scored by entering the shaded end zones.
Again players use change of direction moves, overlaps, and make tactical decisions to to get in behind the opponent to score.

3Vs 3 (15 mins)
3 V 3.
Red 1 passes to Blue 3 then overlaps, to defend, B3 passes to B6, who inturn passes to B4. B 6 overlaps B4 to find a wide position, B 3 posts up high attacking as a forward player, and B4 dribbles the ball to attack the goals at the far end . Red 2, and 5 enter the game as B3 passes to B6.
This creates a 3 v3 situation, again encouraging overlaps, change of direction moves and fast attacking play.
Goals only to be scored in the end zones or shaded areas.

4 Vs 4 (15 mins)
4 V 4.
Red passes to Blue 3, R1 overlaps R1. B3 passes to B6, who passes to B4. B6 overlaps B4. B 4 passes to B8, and ovelaps B8. B 1,4,6,& 8, then play 4 v4 Vs R1,2,5,& 7.
Again main focus on fast attacking play with an objective to get into the end zones to score in one of the 3 goals available.
This encourges creative play along with plenty of movement, encouraging combination and small group play.

The Blue player must take one touch to break the red central line, then attack goals A & B. to score the player must be in the end zone for the goal to count.
The red defending player defends and if possession is won he then attacks goals C & D and score within the end zone.
Players to use change of direction moves to create space and score.
