Explanation
The yellow team in Zone 1 have to break lines by passing the ball through or around to the Blue Team in Zone 2 to reach the yellow team in Zone 3.
This will give me, the coach the opportunity to work with one team to find solutions based on playing through, around or over (more likely tobe through and around than over.).
The defending team MUST shuffle and work as one line when out of possession. The defending team try to intercept the ball the by limiting passes and defending narrow and compact.
Challenges, Conditions & Targets:
The challenge initially is to move the ball from one team to the other by breaking the lines of the 4 blue defenders. The conditions are within the white lines and the Zones. To begin with, players have to work with the ball in their zones.
1. Yellow team can break lines by getting the ball from one player to a wider player and passing it around the blue team.
2. The blue team would have to work as a unit to shuffle and play as a line, stopping the ball from passing through.

Coaching Process
Walk Through
Block 1: Manage the blues to defend as a unit and to shuffle to intercept the pass.
Block 2: Encourage the defend narrow
Block 3: Press yellow player when in their zone. (Force the wide play)
Solutions
Play through, around or over based on pressure.
Utilise width and depth with the Yellows Coach the players to make good decisions based on pressure from the opposition (Don't force the pass if it's not on).
How do we measure success?
How the yellows split the blues with passes
How and when the yellows use the wide player
How the yellows utilise the extra player in the zone (Regression)
How the yellows penetrate the blues based on the type of pressure applied
