Team in possession is looking to get 5 passes, vs 2 defenders. Once they have completed 5 passes they can attempt to pass through in to either of the 3 gates. If the defenders successfully win the ball they look to score in any of the 3 goals, for 2 points. If the ball goes out the play starts with the opposite team. Play for 2 minutes then rotate the team that is pressing.

Play begins with the coach passing a ball into the middle. Whoever gets to the ball can not shoot straight away they must connect one pass before shooting. After the ball is done each player returns to their cone. After 2:30 rotate each player to their right so they will be pressing/entering from a different view point.

4v4 Conditioned Game.
Teams play 4v4 with the only condition being once a goal is scored, the team that has immediately conceded must leave the field. The new team enter from the goal that was just scored on and starts the attack from there. Immediately they will have a high pass option, as the opposite goal two other players will enter from. Play for 10 minutes each goal = 1 point.

3v3 - High Pressing
This exercise starts with a 3v3. Teams play for 2 minutes total. If ball goes out of play the team has to pass in (alligned with YSC/Futsal). Each team gets one point for every goal they score, as there are three goals, there will need to be constant pressure on the ball so the intensity for this exercise should be high. After 2 minutes rotate the players out and keep score for each mini game.
Coaching Points.
- Player on the ball should have no time and space to get their head up
- Ensure that the ball is being impacted at all times
- 2nd and third defender should be reading the initial press and squeezing the play
