3 rows of 4 cones making 6 squares, the outfield players start with 1 of each in the back square near the halfway line
the feeder passes to the keeper and using their area feed it to anyone of the forwards using a kick or a throw of their choice.
The player receiving the ball has up to 3 touches before passing to a team mate, Each player can move into the back and forward in the starting square and the one ahead.
the keeper must adjust themselves to keep themselves between the centre of the goal and the ball position but take into account the mannequins ahead of them.
when the coach shouts "go" the outfield player with possession of the ball dribbles quickly to the edge of the area and can take a shot but if they carry on and dribble past the mannequin they must try to use a skill to go round the keeper. The other 2 attackers become defenders and try to stop the player from scoring. The keeper tries to stop a goal/shot. If the keeper has possession after the shot/dribble they pass out to one of the 3 outfield players on the half way line after the outfield players returns to their position. If the ball goes out of play the keeper retreats to the 6 yard box and the coach feeds in a new ball before the keeper distributes it again. again the outfield players pass and move in their boxes before the coach says "go" again.
