1. Build the drill up with out the ball first.

a. Player to go through the rings how you want them to learn a quick feet skill.

b. sprints through the polls and jogs on the spot until the coach calls a direction

c. when the coach calls the direction the player must turn and sprint round the correct pole.

Version 2 Reaction

1. Same as one but this time instead of running on the spot a ball is played into the play from the box where a team mate is standing. 

2. They must play a 1 -2 and then player in the box races back to the other end and the player who just got the ball back goes round the back cone and then into the box to repeat the drill with the next player.
