4 Groups of Blue attackers slightly above the 18.
3 Groups of Red defenders start on the goal line. Middle red defenders start with the ball and play any Blue defender up top. They play a little 1-2 and the red defender plays a live ball to a different blue and they go 4v3.
Red scores by dribbling over end line.
Blue scores in big goals.
Focus on-
- Quick give and go's
- Interchanging (No set roles)
- Quick separation touches and shot.
- 7/11 driving inwards to create space for overlaps/runs or to drag players apart to slip the #9 in behind.

Both teams look to score in the big goal. No restrictions. If the ball pops out, finish it.

Green scores by playing the green 7/11 at the end line
Red scores by scoring on the big goal.
Play only ends with a goal for either team.
Focus on-
- 7/11 tuck in centrally
- 2/3 creating 2v1s out wide.
- Quick give and go on top of the 18 to get inside the 18 yard box for a shot.
