Organization:
Field approxmiately 30x40 above. Adjust feild as needed based on numbers. Multiple cone gates laid out randomly in grid as above. All players in the grid with a ball.
Instructions:
Ball is the players space ship exploring the galaxy. Gates are wormholes that only the space ship can get to. Players must pass their spaceship through the gate and then run around their gate to get their ball. Player who explored the most wormholes wins. Play for 2 minutes.
Progression:
Coach can call out a variety of different turns and dribbles to use. Gates are now planets that must be explored in order to be the winner.
Coaching Points:
* Eyes up to know where the other space explorers are in the galaxy
* Close control of the ball (Space ship) to avoid crashing
* 10 toe touches if players go outside the galaxy (grid area)
* Quick change of pace after players play their ball through the gate in order to keep control
Progressions:
1) See above
2) Coach now becomes the space cop and attempts to stop players from exploring wormholes. If a coach gets your spaceship (ball) the player becomes a space cop too. Last player with a ball is the next games space cop

Organization:
As above. Grid approximatly 30x30 with pugg goals at each end. 3v3 in the middle of the grid.
Instructions:
Players play soccer, but may only move the ball forward on the field with dribbles. Players can only pass backward and sideways to move up field. Each goal is 1 point.
Coaching Points:
* Where is the space? How can you get to it?
* Does teammate have space to dribble? If not, need to be there for support
* Eyes up with ball at feet
Progressions:
1) Free play, no restrictions

Instructions:
Players juggle the ball according to the coaches instruction:
- Only feet
- Must be off a different surface
- 'Levels' game
- Etc

* Technical aspects of juggling the soccer ball
* Good touches to keep the ball close and in control
* Quality effort during activity
