Small goals set up as shown.
Objectives:
In Possession - Aim to connect 8 passes and then score on the goal. If you score you stay attacking.
Out of Possession - 4 pressing and 2 screening, Looking to regain the ball, if regain successful, turn and secure pass to opposite grid, team who lost possession now transfer and press in same way.
Coaching Points:
In Possession - Speed of play - movement to receive - pro active movement - disguise pass - composure in front of goal.
Out of Possession - Nearest player - Speed of press - Angle of press - Compact - Make predictable - Touch tight - Force turnover - COMMUNICATION - secure first pass in transition.
