Organization
set up as per diagram (half field)
8-9 players in 3 stations

Instructions:
player 1 plays a give and go with player 2 before he sends a penetration pass back to player 2. Player 2 either finishes with a shot at the net (A) or take the balll down the line and cross it back to player 2 (attacks the first post) or player 3 (attacks the second post) - B
Progressions:
have the next player in line (player 2) put the pressure on the receiver
limit the number of touches
Coaching points:
good first touch, passess with pace
body position, body angles, first touch in the direction you are moving
movement off the ball
eye contact, communication

7v7 or 8v8 with target players
organize in a 4 defenders and 3 attackers formation
Restriction: in the attacking half only one player can join the other 3 attackers crossing the red line so it becomes a 5v4 (including the targets). The player who is allowed to go in the attacking half can eiter dribble the ball in the attacking half or pass the ball to a target or attacker in that half and then join in
targets are limited to 1 touch.
Switch targets often or let them join in when they receive a pass - the player who passed theball to thetarget will take his spot

set-up as per diagram, area of 20x40, 5 players, balls, cones, pinnies
Instructions:
player 1 plays a give and go (wall pass) with player 2. Player 1 sends a long pass to player 5 who moves into the position (as per diagram) to receive the long pass. Players 2 and 3, while the ball is travelling towards player 5 and be ready available, as options for a short pass from player 5. While player 5 is moving to receive the long pass, player 4 will take his spot, in order to maintein the shape and field coverage. Always look for a wide (near) support (left, right) middle support (near) and long (far) support (triangles)
Progression:
limit the number of touches
introduce opposition (2, 3 defenders) so it will become a 5v2 or 5v3
introduce targets in the 4 corners

- movement (near & far support)
