basic dice5 passing (20 mins)
Goal: circuit passing trough dice 5 structure (different options)
Exercise:
Extra objects or shadow-team setup a fix dice structure. Attacking team is passing/carrying/leading trough. Finish with goalie, play around with team

2(+1)v 2(+1) (15 mins)
Goal: possession and regaining (finding space + protection)
Exercise:
two teams of 2 play against eachother, one 'joker' player for team @ ball.

2v1 escape (15 mins)
Goal: quick 2v1
Exercise:
A carries inside/forward and plays guard pass to B who launches A via bar. Receiving in corner (square) and pressure by C. Try to play out of the square and score. AB vs C. Attack finished after goal, or when C has won the ball and can pass it back to next defender. (so AB = tackle back)
Rotation:
after x minutes: change defensive role, attacker can swop positions

pocket+counter 3v2 (15 mins)
Goal: play fast counter (overnumbered)
Exercise:
ABC play around to D, who will be pressed/surrounded by defenders 123. Most likely they will win the ball and counter vs B +keeper or BC without keeper. If D can escape (dribble/pass connected to A), teams change.
Rotation:
make groups (two teams), rotate or change after x times
