Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-20x20 grid.
-4 starting positions in each corner.
-Cones in random places inside the grid.
-Players evenly spread in the corners.
Exercise:
-On coach command 1 player from red moves with the ball.
-The players must dribble through the cones and play the ball to the red payer opposite.
-Once the red player gets out of the cones the blue player goes.
-After 5 minutes get the player from red and blue to go at the same time.
Objective:
-Skill mastery in tight areas using different parts of the foot.
Key Points:
-Keep the ball moving, Use inside and outside the foot, keep head up as much as possible.

Time: 15-20 Minutes
Set Up:
-Use full sports hall but use boundaries of the hall no playing off the wall.
-Split players into 2 teams.
-Designate 1 team as defenders 1 teams as attackers.
-Attackers have a ball each.
Exercise:
-Team in possession on coach command dribble with the ball around the playing area.
-On coach command the player will allow the defenders to come in and tackle the attackers.
-If an attacker gets tackled (ball must be played out of the playing area), Both attacker and defender sit out.
--This continues until all attackers are tackled or 3 minute time limit is expired.
-Attacking team gain a point for every minute they keep the ball.
-After 3 minutes switch attckers and defenders,.
-Play this so they perform both roles 2 or 3 times.
Objective:
-To use individual skill with the ball to retain for as long as possible under pressure from a defender.
Key Points:
-As previous but add body position between attacker and defender.

Time: 20-25 minutes
Set up:
-Use all of sports hall.
-Split players into 2 even teams.
Exercise:
-Play games with rules including:
-No use of the wall.
-Kick ins if out of play.
-Switch between scoring inside area and scoring only outside the area.
-GK not allowed out of area.
-Ball must stay below designated height by coach.
-As game progressed switch goalkeepers every 3-4 minutes till all have taken a turn.
Objective:
-Game time for youngsters.
Key Points:
-Apply key points of the drills into the SSG.
