Illinois Agility Test
Each player does this twice without the ball and once with the ball. They must start on their stomach with their head at the start line facing the direction the are setting off and on the trigger they must sprint through the whole course where the arrows follow. The aim of this is to improve speed, agility, coordination, dribbling and control.

This is the second rotational drill alongside the illinois agility test.
Pattern
Starts on the right = 1 passes to 2 and follows to blue cone.
2 bounces back to 1.
1 passes to 3.
3 passes back to 1 as 2 moves to the top.
1 passes to 2 as 3 moves to the start
2 passes to 3 to finish off the pattern. 1 goes to the left cone.
The aim is to be agile and coordinated enough to be able to receive, read and pass the ball comfortably with high quality and high tempo.

There are 2 teams at the starting point. Both will set off on the trigger; over the hurdle, bounding in the rings, going in and out of the poles and racing around the large cones for the coach to pass the ball through and the players can compete for the ball. Either one has 5 seconds to score.
The aim is to test the agility and speed of the players and how that may affect their ability to physically compete with an opponent and getting the result they want. For them to win they must work hard and have the desire to win the point for their team
