Set Up
As in diagram. Can set up once or twice depending on numbers. Last player would dribble if two groups of 6.
Description:
1 connects a wall pass with 2. 1 plays to 3. 3 goes long to 4 while 5 checks in an then come back for a combination with 4. 4 passes long to 6. 6 plays to 7 and we start again.
Rotation: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7

Weight and pace of ball
Shape of body on movement

Set Up:
6 squares 4v2 in 2 of the squares.
Description:
2 groups play 4v2 in each area. The attacking team attempt to do 3 passes before switching the play (moving to a new box). Defenders aim to steal the ball and take the ball out to a different square. If successful the defender switches with the player they stole the ball from.
Coachig Points:
Movement off the ball
Decision making: Pass, dribble or shield
Speed of play when switching the point of attack.

Set Up
6v6 Conditioned Scrimmage
Description
Players have to dribble or pass through red gates before they can go to go.
Progression take the condition away but watch to see if they still maintain the same width, depth and height
Coaching Points
Positions when keeper has ball in order to be patient in possession and build out of the back
Positions in final 3rd to either come though the gates with a cross or come in with a dribble and go to goal.
Movement off the ball - Keeping attacking principles width, depth and height.
Possession vs Penetration
Decision making: Pass Dribble shoot turn or shield.

Finish with a regular scrimmage. Try to find one or two opportunties to coach the topic within a game situation.
