• The playing area for this possessionpractice is divided into three zones – twosquares separated by a slim, central, neutralarea. Mini-goals are positioned on thetouchlines of the neutral area, as shown inthe diagram.
• The players are split into two teams ofseven – one in each square. Two neutralplayers are positioned in the central area,with the goalkeepers postioned at each endof the practice.
• The aim is to make five passes while beingpressed by two players from the oppositionteam. Upon completing five passes theteam in possession can play into the twoneutral players in the central area, who arelimited to one touch and should combinequickly to score in one of the mini-goals fora point. The in-possession team can use thegoalkeepers at their end of the practice tohelp complete the five passes.• Upon one team scoring, the ball is thenplayed into the opposite team, with thesame situation played out.
• The coaches look to play eight roundsof two minutes, with coaching detail andinterventions implemented in rest periods

Set Up: 7v7 Min Full Field Adjust for number of players. Use GKs whenever possible
Conditions:
:: Normal Rules Of The Game (Throw In's, Corners, Offsides etc...)
:: Coach may choose to reward teams for creating chances from wide areas
:: Coaches should observe and coach over the top. Minimal coaching stoppages, focus on giving individual challenges to players 1 to 1.
:: Encourage players to try the things that they learned during the session

Cool Down Phase:
Players will finish the training session with a cool down, by jogging the full width of the field 2 times while performing some dynamic movements.
-50% jog
-Skipping
After they finish, players will then perform static stretching, working from the top of the body and down. Players will hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds.
-Quad stretches
-Hamstring stretches
-Groin/Adductor stretches
-Lower&Upper back stretches
-Calf stretches
