Set up: In a 20 x 30 yd grid seperate into 3 sections with the wing channels being smaller than the central area. Players play 5 v 3 or similar. Attacking team must get 5 passes including 1 to each wing in order to get a point. Defenders must steal and get 3 passes.
Key coaching points: Movement, passing technique, communication, disguise, receiving and turning.
Adjustments: Adjust player numbers to suit team. Adjust number of passes to change difiiculty.

Set up: Use the same 20 x 30 yd grid. Add 4 corner goals on the end lines. Attacking team should have slight numerical advantage. Teams play directional, each team has 2 corner goals. (Can also achieve this by using even numbers plus a neutral player) Teams look to score in outside goals.
Key coaching points: Movement, disguise, use of width, switching the field, communication.
Adjustments: Use a neutral player instead of uneven teams. Adjust team size so attacking team has decent amount of success.

Set up: Use same 20 x 30 grid or expand slightly. 4v4 match.
Key coaching points: Movement, use of entire field, recognising openings in the outside area of the pitch. quick attacking play, positive first touch, overlaps and underlaps.
Adjustments: Play with keepers, expand field. Adjust numbers to work.

Stage 1 (15 mins)
Set up: Rondo in approximately a 10 x 10 yd area. Defender stays in the middle for 1 minute. Every time they steal the ball a new ball is immediately played in by coach so it doesn't stop.
Key coaching points: Passing technique, ready to receive, disguise, communication.
Adjustments: Add a second defender to adjust deifficulty if necessary.
