• Players set up in a 4v4 within the central playing areaaccompanied by three neutrals – one at each end andone within the playing area itself. The latter serves tocreate an overload for whichever team is in possession.
• Teams receive one point by transferring the ball fromone end target player to the other.
• The end players can’t play directly to each other andmust work the ball through the central players.
• Initially, the end players cannot be pressed. Then allow to be pressed
• If possession is lost, the central neutral player switchesto the other team.
• If the team in possession can score a goal, the other teamrestarts play from the end player who has just received
