1. Legs apart, bounce L, C, R (5x) 2. Calves 1, 2, 3 switch (2x each leg) 3. Knee to chest into Figure 4 with footwork in between (2x each) 4. Quad strech with footwork in between (2x each) 5. Objective: improve our ability to play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3.
Oganization: two small goals placed at second pk spot. Two teams lined up either side of the coach.
Instructions: coach plays the ball in and calls out number. That number of players goes and plays. Coach keeps the game going buy putting new ball in. Once players have played enough coach says "get out of there" and players sprint to back of the line.
Variations: coach can add players in the middle of the game. Coach can add a scoring zone to prevent long shots.
Coaching Points: (1) 1v1 attacking, (2) control the ball, (3) attack the space.

Objective: to teach the players the game of futsal.
Organation: 5v5 with goalkeepers on futsal court.
Instructions: set-up a normal futsal match with futsal rules. Both teams play in a 1-2-2 square formation. Explain the formation to the teams.
Coaching Points: (1) We have the ball BIG square, (2) They have the ball SMALL square and pressure cover all over the court.

Objective: improve our comfort with the bal.
Organization: each player with a ball on the court.
Instructions: explain the out of bounds to all the players. Then players dribble and on coach command they execute skill.
Variations: (1) dribble then stop with the sole, (2) boxing, (3) dribble then stop and do 10 toe touches, (4) dribbling then on command rip it back 3x right foot, (5) dribbling then on command rip it back 3x with left foot, (6) dribbling then left foot pull back, (7) dribbling then right foot pull back.
Coaching Points: (1) soft dribbles, (2) close control, (3) use the sole
