SESSION: Set players into position, After your pass, you move into that position.
A passes into B, player B into C back to A This is the key moment when A makes a long pass into D who lays off to E & then onto F back to D who plays it back to A then plays to C & lays back off to A, Then Sequence continues as how it started.
COACHING POINTS: Use your vision to look where to pass

SESSION: Two teams of 5 & 4. The team of 4 aims to score on big goal & team of 5 aims to score on small goal with the help of their rebounders players who are next to the small goals.
COACHING POINTS: Play a pass that can create an attacking situation
