Triangle Fitness (10 min)
Use for 1-3 goalkeepers.
Each goalkeeper starts on a football
On the coaches command goalkeepers sprint up to each football and smother the ball
If a goalkeeper catches the player in front they can rest
Work for one minute

GK Shuffle to Extended Save (15 min)
GK starts by first cone. Coach shouts "Go" and GK steps over cones left foot over right.
GK gets to centre of goal as quickly as possible and feeder feeds the ball in
Progression - Feeder can feed the ball further to the left of the goal to encourage GK to move quicker and dive further. If ball is fumbled feeder can take the re-bound
repeat on other side on goal
Progression: Move to Private Shooting Session (20 min)
