Organisation:
- Play 75 yards long and use full width
- Blue team in GK-4-2-2
- Red team in GK-2-4-2
Instructions:
Play normal game, but whenever the ball is out start from either one of the Goalkeepers.
Progressions:
- Both teams need to play through midfield before they can score.
- If team in Blue score from a long ball from Centre back to Striker counts as 2 goals
Coaching points:
* Ball central
- Midfielders to use width of the 18 yard box and striker to go long (preferably occupy weakest defender)
- 2 Defenders one mark from behind and the other stay in front of the striker
* Ball wide
- Opposite wide midfielder to be between the 6 yard line and 18 yard line
- Striker to get prepared to attack space between penalty spot and near post, as well as to get ready to be a link up play
- Holding midfielder to be outside the 18 yard box
- Number 10 to prepare to be inside the 18 yard box and attack anywhere between the penalty spot and the back post.

Organisation:
- Set of at least 8 footballs.
- Play inside the marked cones (18x45 yards), however Target man (T) is not allowed inside it.
- Blues in GK-2-2+T (Target man) formation.
- Reds in 1-2-1-1 formation.
Instructions:
Play start from Target man feeding the ball to any midfielder. Reds score in the big goals and Blues score by playing the ball to Target man.
Progressions:
- Any rotation between players followed by a goal counts as 5 goals
- A goal coming from a split pass between the defensive midfielders counts as 2 goals
- If blue team manage 8 consecutive passes then that count as 5 goals
Coaching points:
- Attacking principles (width, depth and can striker stay high?)
- Encourage rotations
- Technical points such as quality of the pass and one touch football is advised
- One vs one dominance is stimulated
- Forward thinking
- Striker to run behind Defenders
- Holding midfielder for Reds be aware of pass to target man
- Quick transitions
