Passing and Closing Down (15 mins)
The Goalkeeper distributes the ball the either Defender or CM that is available. If the Defender is in possesion then they have to play the ball to either the CM or one of the Wingers that are not marked. If the CM now has the ball he can play to the Striker or Winger depending who is marked

All players do fast feet through ladder (2 feet per gap), The red team collect the ball and dribble to 1st cone, they then pass to the balck team on his 1st cone. Red player then runs to next cone and black player passes to him and so forth. Until the red player reaches the last cone and then he shoot. Red player then becomes a black player and joins the next cue (Grey Line).
