Set Up
Area is 30 x 20 yards.
Rules and Conditions
One team attacks 1 v GK. As soon as they have had their attempt, the next team go to play 2v1 and then 3v2 etc. Keep playing until the game is 5v5.

Set Up
30x40 split in half to create two 30x20 yard halves. 3 goals spread along center line separating halves.
Rules and Conditions
Split the group into three teams. One team goes in each half and one team defends, trying to win the ball back or force the ball out of play. Team in possession to play the ball through center line to group in other half. Team gets points if they can pass the ball through a gate to get it to the opponent.
Progression
Players get a point everytime they work the ball across the center line into an opponent and 3 points if they can play the ball through a goal.
