6 blue vs 4 yelolow. Start with blues are trying to make 10 passes to score a goal. If yellow wins the ball they try to score within 10 seconds against blues 2,3,4 & 5. Blues have to stay in their chanels and yellow in the middle. If too easy for blue allow 1 yellow to go into the chanel to put pressure on, #9 vs #4 & #5; #7 vs #2; #11 vs #3; #10 vs #6 & #8. If blues are strugling allow #6 or # 8 to come into the middle to receive and play out.
Progression: go full width add another mid for both sides with same goal, 10 passes for blue, score for yellow.

10 v 7 where blues are trying to score in either of the two goals. They can not have a shot on net until they have played into the 9 first. Yellows are playing in a 1-4-2 and if they win the ball look to score on the big goal.
