Screen 1 (5 mins)

1) players are in two teams numbered 1 - 6 they first start by passing the ball about in each box once they have passed the ball then need to move into new space.

2) the coach will shout a number at this point that number player from each box must run over to the other box to try and win the ball.

the teams box that they entre must try and prevent the player from winning the ball for as long as possible.

Screen 2 (5 mins)

1) their is 3 box's two larger ones and a smaller middle box. the defending team go in the middle and the two attacking teams go at the ends.

2) the attacking must make 4 pass's before they can play the ball over to the other attacking team.

3) defenders are only aloowed 1 player in the end boxs at a time creating a 4 v 1

4) is the defender wins the ball then the team in the end swap quickly and become the defenders while the defenders become attackers.

5) the ball is played over to the other side to start again
