Instructions:
3 teams of 4 players. First player runs to cones A and touches it, turns and touches cone B, and then sprints to tag partner on opposite side. Partner does the same going in the opposite direction. First team to get all player back where they started wins the game.
Coaching Points:
- Speed between cones
- Small steps to slow down on approach to cone
- Bend knees to turn quicky
- Plant foot and turn quickly (most direct route)

Instructions:
Player A dribbles out to centre line and performs a Stop-Turn. They then dribble back to start line and perform another Stop-Turn. After their second turn they make eye contact with their partner, who does the same. Process repeats.
Coaching Points:
- Pinky toe to dribble
- Keep ball close, touch on every step
- Correct execution of turns
- Emphasize the 'fake' to sell the turn
- Ball out of feet
- Head up after turn
- Accelerate out of turn
Progressions:
- Use weaker foot on every other go
- Progress to a Stepover Turn
- Progress to a Stop-Stepover Combination

Instructions:
White team start by passing over to the player in blue. The two go 1v1 with either player able to score in either goal. Keep playing until a goal is scored or the ball goes out and then repeat with the next two players. Players can only shoot once they are betwwen the goal and the red cones (Shooting zone). Swap over attackers and defenders after two minutes.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch (Direction - towards goal, Weight)
- Awareness of defender's position
- Be positive, attack goal if possible
- Decision, Turn or Stop start to lose the defender
- Protect the ball with your body at all times
- Finish!
Progressions:
- Flip Goals to face outwards
- Play 2v2

- Three lines of attack (Width, Depth, Length)
- Penetration as option one (Shot, pass, dribble)
- Possession as option two
- Angles of support (Can you make a triangle?)
- Distance of support (Can you make the triangle as big as possible?)
- Timing of support (as ball travels)
- Speed of thought and movement in transition
- Correct moment to apply the session topic
