7-7-4 Position Game - 15 min
- Large emphasis on transition moments, particularly transitioning to defend
- Immediate ball pressure with two pressing the ball and not getting split
- In transition to attack, connect first two simple passes allowing us to get our shape to maintain ball possession
- Must be a central triangle with two players in possession and neutral
- While two to the ball is important, how to we remain balanced defensively in the midfield and not get split in moments of intense pressure on the ball

SSP - Recovering and Defending + Finishing - 30 min
- Play starts with a 4v2 rondo around midfield
- Once prescribed number of passes are made, the ball will advance to the white front 5 (to start, the ball will be played ideally in behind to wingers)
- Black 6 drops into back line, and outside center backs become wide backs to make a back 4
- Two black players (8s) also drop to defend, while white sends 1/2 players from the rondo
- If black wins the ball, they are trying to complete 5 passes before either finding target player or attacking a counter goal
***Key points defensively
- Fast recovery with proper body position
- Deny all crossing, shooting, and dribbling options
- Decision between clearing the ball and organizing again, or retaining possession

8v8+2 - 30 minutes
- Black team set in 3-3-1 (no 10 or wingers)
- White team set in 2-4-1 (no wingers/outside backs)
- Wide players will be neutral, creating a natural overload we must deal with
