Main - 8v6 (15 mins)
Organization: - (20x20) area
- 8v6 or similar
Instructions: - Players switch roles if defender wins ball or forces attackers out of play
- 2/3/4/5/6/8/9/10 attacking - 6/8/10 inside
- 6/7/8/9/10/11 defending - all inside area, can leave to press if 2/3/4/5/9 are in possession
Coaching Points/Questions: - speed of play - passing widows don't last forever
- movement off the ball - 6/8/10 as one touch backboards
- 2/3 wide at angles when 4/5 have possession
- 9 looking for passing windows at all times
Regressions/Progressions: - add defensive counter big goal plus GK
- add 'middle' and 'attacking' thirds for attackers both 20x20, once 9 is found in middle third and team pushes into attacking third = 1 point

Condition - 8v6 (20 mins)
Organization: - half field or similar size
- 8v6 or similar
- counter endzone
- attacking #1,2,3,4,5,6,8,10
- defending #11,10,9,8,7,6
Instructions: - attacking team play to counter endzone - pass = 2, dribble = 1
- defending team to big goal
Coaching Points: - movement off the ball of support players - don't stand
- 2/3 provide width - check back at angle to receive from 4/5
- play simple and fast in possession - the way you're facing
- recognizing new space to play into - 6/8 one checking
- keep the ball when you can't play forward
- have an idea, anticipate next action
- recognizing moments to switch play - use 1/4/5
- supporting player to provide depth - 4/5

Progression: - add defensive 4, in endzone. no attacking 10
Regression: - add 4 zones of possession, need at least three attacking players (ex GK) in that zone when ball is in that zone (defensive, middle and 2 wide zones)
