Technical Warm Up (15min) Introduction and separation of players (coaches will go to their designated areas and players will follow). If numbers are low, I'll run the warm up. Otherwise, I'll separate the groups after intro and coaches will run the warm up and their designated station to begin with (20min). At every whistle the players will take a water break and rotate. Please arrive 30min before the start of the session.
