Half Pitch split into 3rds, use flags or flat cones in practice
8v8, both setup in a 1-3-2-2 Formation
Play starts from GK. Team in possession create space via principles
Work way up the pitch and score.
Defending team to win ball back and score themselves via same principles
Players to remain in their designated third
