Organization: 3 teams of 3 plus GK always plays as a target. 18x25 field with 4 small goals (or gates) along the sidelines. Extra balls on the end lines.
Instructions: One team defends (gray) while two teams play together in attack. Attackers score by receiving possession from one end target and delivering it to the other end target. If defending team wins the ball they score by shooting on any of the 4 goals. All restarts are with an end target playing to the attacking team. Play for 3 minutes then rotate defending team. After all 3 teams defend, the team with the highest score wins.
Coaching Points:

- pressure/cover/balance
