Shooting (15 mins)
Have 2 teams of 3 and 1 team of 2, the 2 teams of 3 make a line just past the center circle.
The team of 2 will choose between them who is the goalkeeper and who is the feeder, the goalkeeper has to stop any shots that comes his/hers way and the feeder will pass the ball into the team that will be shooting.
Both teams get a chnace to shoot at the goal, they can shoot from any part of the pitch using any part of the foot they wish to use. They get to go one at a time but as soon as they get the ball the player has 12 seconds to have a shot before the next team can start their go.
To add a bit of competition their will be 1 point rewarded for each goal scored.
A round will last 3 minites or until a team get 10 points and then players will have the change to swap from being an attacker to being the goalkeeper or the feeder.
