Challenge - play ball to team mate, team mate then attacks 1v1. attacker must dribble ball through end gate to score 1 point. defender must stop the attacker by narrowing down the angle early, showing safe side and attempting to win the ball back. once attack is over players change roles.
Learning Outcomes - to cover the ground quickly, then get down and get set. touching distance, and force the play in the desired direction
Technical - can you force an error from the attacker, win the ball and attack the end gate. players must recognize to close down early, but not over commit, keep jockeying back with a short width between both legs to avoid being nutmegged. rotate hips as the attacker changes direction to always maintain the correct distance.
Tactical - by curving the run to block the gate, can you make it predictibale for the attacker

Learning Outcomes - working on defending principles, allowing the ball into end zone receivers to "dare" a player to receive before applying pressure as a team.
Technical - can the players adopt good starting positions to recover possession through quick pressing, understanding when to press, and when to recover
