Distribution I (15 mins)
GK2/3 to over arm throw the football into the box on Coaches call.
GK1: deal with ball into box (A)
roll ball to GK4/5/6 (B)
GK4/5/6 to decide which order they will recieve the ball from GK1.
Control the ball then shoot at goal.
Drill covers: over arm throw, rolling out, first touch, accuracy, dealing with ball into box, shot stopping.
