- divide players up and split them into 2 grids
- 6 players 3 teams of 2 per area
- 2 v 1 transfer
- 2 box rondo
- teams play 2 v 1
- defenders switch when the ball is transferred to the opposite square
- when defenders win ball transition quickly to attacking by taking over that box together
- ball goes out team with last touch becomes defenders
- defenders cannot intercept the ball and need to stay wide
