Start with all player at one end of the pitch, all players have a ball. Instruct the players to perform a particular technique to one of the pitch lines, so:
Toe taps (rolling ball forward with the bottom of their boot) to the blue line
Penguin kicks to the white line
Run fast to the end of the pitch
Roll the ball from side to side to the white line
Inside and outside of the boot to the red line
Feel free to mix them up based on ability.

Reduce the size of the pitch bringing the goals closest together. Players play 1v1 for 60 seconds before switching, aiming to shoot as much as possible and score as much as possible.
Consider playing 2v2 to finish.

Split the team into sharks (x2) and the rest are goldfish, all goldfish have a ball, the sharks have to try and steal the ball from the goldfish. If a goldfish has their ball taken they become a shark and the sharks have to becomes a goldfish.
After a few minutes change the rules so that when a shark takes the ball from a goldfish they both become sharks, continue until there is only one goldfish left, that player is the winner.

Sinking Ships (10 mins)
Split the players amounts the four corners/ships, leave one ship empty. When the coach shouts “the red ship is sinking” the players in the red corner need to dribble to the empty ship. Repeat several times increasing the speed.
