One touch shooting (20 mins)

Set up 40 x 30 area with two goals no keepers. Coach delivers the ball in each time. 5v5 or 6v6 depending on number of players. Play starts with delivery from coach then the boys try to score on one touch. If the shot is ot on they can pass it about.
