Foot work,Handling,and Distribution
- Goalkeeper # 1performs two footed side hop over the hurdles. After hopping over third hurdle the goalkeeper gets in set position and performs a front smother save on the ground pass. Goalkeeper then stands up and rolls the ball back to coach/player.
At the same time goalkeeper #2 performs side lateral chop steps over the discs/cones, gets set to catch volley service from hands or from off the ground service. Then performs overhand throw distribution back to coach/player. Goalkeeper #1 steps forward to perform side lateral chop steps for volley service or off the ground service, while GK #2 drops back and performs two footed side lateral hops over hurdles then front smother.
5 Reps of each, rotate GK's(depending on numbers) Then change directions

Handling,Footwork, High Balls, and Distribution
- Goalkeeper starts by stepping forward one step, catches volley service, overhand throws ball back. GK then performs micro shuffle steps around cone or pole, as coming around the cone/pole the goalkeeper finds the wide player with ball in hands times his/her attack of the ball once player has tossed the ball in the air. GK yells KEEPER jumps off of one foot and catches ball at the highest point, then lands on two feet. GK then rolls ball back to player drop steps back in line with center player for another volley service, over hand throws ball back then performs foot work around opposite cone/pole for another high ball, performs roll then drops back into middle.

Shot Stoping, Movement in and around the goal
- Coach gives players a #
- Players #1 and #3 or the wide players service high balls, either by foot or hands (depends on age and ability of GK's)
Players #2,#4 perform shooting
- Coach calls out numbered player. GK moves to get in to position or line for service. After shot/save the coach calls out another number, GK performs footwork to get in line/position to make save. Repeat until all numbers have been called out.
- Coaching Points
- Thinking/ Memory of #'s which type of service
- Proper footwork
-Correct type of save to perform
Progressions can be added. Any high ball services from any player. GK could perform one or two handed punch, or tip over crossbar. Add targets, small goals, players etc for GK to make distribution out to after save. Get creative
