Set Up:
2 gates top and bottom
2 cones staggered on each side
1 x ball
Activity:
Player dribbles ball using only the outside of each foot to go around cones and through gates alternating feet
Coaching Points:
Weight of touch
Shifting of body weight for control
Getting used to dribbling with head up and changing direction

Player dribbles ball using inside and outside of each foot but sole rolling to to go around cones
Coaching Points:
Weight of touch
Shifting of body weight for control
Getting used to dribbling with head up and changing direction maintaining control with the sole of the boot
